FAQ and book

I'm a DBA looking for the FAQ and a couple of recommended books for ORACLE.

I've got about 8 yrs exp with earlier versions of ORACLE, INGRES, & Sybase, so the newbie stuff (i.e. this is what relational concepts are, here's what SQL looks like..) is not neccessary.
