I would probably look at using Active Server Pages (the successor to IDC/HTX) as a much more robust solution. Try microsoft.public.inetserver.iis.activeserverpages for specific help. I will tell you that the ODBC driver that ships with Oracle 7.3 does not appear to work with IIS/ASP. However, Visual InterDev (the development environment for ASP) ships with a Microsoft ODBC driver for Oracle that seems to work.
