Hi amd sorry for my english,



I have a problem; after a shutdown of my oracle instance (Oracle 7.2
running over Netware) I'm was testing a function wich call the pakage
DBMS_SQL.


When my function use then DBMS_SQL.PARSE function Oracle return the error
in subject. I don't know why because before shutdown all was right.
