Oracle-Server and SAP R/3

Hi.

I've got a problem with a connection between SAP R/3 and another Oracle-Database. What I want to do is a direct connect via SQL*Net v2 database-link from one database to the SAP-Database. While the technical realisation is not the problem, the point is, that I have to go through the transaction-system of SAP for processing the data. So, I want to insert a value in a table on the non-SAP-database and replicate the data to the SAP-database (into a user-table on the SAP-system). After this I want to trigger the SAP-event from inside of a trigger on the SAP-user-table. Is it possible to execute a system-command (like SAPEVT) from PL/SQL in a trigger or procedure, or is there another method for triggering the SAP-event?
