Determining this is going to be very specific to your table, block size, and space in your database.
First, you need to check on the storage options for your table from sys.dba_tables. Initial extent, next extent, max extents, etc. ad nauseum.
Then determine the amount of bytes one row will take from the structure of the table.
Then find a calculator.
