Hi Mark,

usually this error causes Oracle to create a dump file, you can find in your user_dump destination (ask your dba where this destination is). Frequently the cause of the error is written in clear. Otherwise it just says "Internal Error .." and gives you some numbers. In that case you can have a look at the cursor dump section at the end of the file. You find the offending cursor as last entry. I've offered this hint a lot of times now in this newsgroup but never got any feedback, whether I could help or not. Please, tell me.
