Try building a shell script that accepts the name of the file(s) to move, delete, change permissions or whatever. This shell script should have the Set-user-ID set to 'oracle' (see chmod command in man pages), this will mean you will be effectivley logged in as 'oracle' when you run the shell script.

Beware: This can be a potential security trap door, ensure no user apart from 'oracle' and 'root' have write permissions to this shell script.
