Host variable

Hi there!! I have a problem that seems to be simple but... i can't find the way!!
How can i catch an host variable ( Unix environment ) inside a form (SQL*Forms 3)?
Exactly, i have to catch a file name inside a field inside a form... just to display a location of a .dmp file!!

Please, help me!! I'ts driving me crazy!!
