Database Designer

The lastest issue of Oracle Magazine (Jan / Feb 1997) has a short article on Database Designer, a new designing tool (lightweight Designer/2000) which includes Data Diagrammer, Generation Wizard, and a Reverse Engineer Wizard. Oracle's home page has pretty much the same info as the article in Oracle Magazine.

Has anyone used this yet? If so, what are you experiences with it?
