Also: If you have enough memory on your machine, I would suggest increasing
the memory allocated to the Shared Pool. We are running various databases with
anywhere between 30 and 60 MB allocated to the Shared Pool. The way I look at it,
if I have 32 MB of RAM on my home PC, allocating 30 MB to a Production database is
not an outragous use of memory :)
