Susan,
  Hmmm, Do you mean to launch the program from a file server ( I think the way Mike read it ) or do you mean like using an X-Windows program on the Mac to connect to an Oracle server and running Forms 4.5 that way? We do that here using the Motif version. ( ie F45desm ) If you have specific questions, ask away :-)
