Q. libnetwork.a ?

Hi :

I am installing ORATCL2.3 in a Digital with Oracle 7.2 . The problem is that need the library "libnetwork.a" . Where is it?

      I can't find it. 
    Could is it in OCI library ?     
       HELP!!!!
