Did you specify Compress=Y on the export.  If so, Oracle totals up all the
extents allocated to the table and makes this total the SIZE parameter.  Of
course, the number you got is way to large but this may have something to
do with it.  Try creating the table empty and then import it ignoring the
already exists on create error.
