The /opt is a mistake, here is my new environment setup - I have only one tnsname.ora

Since you seem to make more typos:
1) it should be tnsnames.ora, not tnsname.ora (check this) 2) don't retype output, but copy/paste it if your typing accuracy is like this.
3) Your output of TNSPING says your tnsnames is not where you expect it to be.
