I believe it. On the other hand anybody who uses it is likely the 
employee of a company that has paid major bucs to Oracle for the DB 
engine and after that one would expect to have access to that 
documentation without additional conditions. Yes I know you can lie to

So why are so many people posting here at all? Why don't they just all 
go to that Oracle network? Why did you even bother to resond to my query 
if you feel that way about the posters who ask questions? Man, you
