Unfortunately it pretty much comes down to looking at the sophistication of the question, the example given, and where we are in the academic year: Not something where you can guess with 100% certainty.

What I look for is schema objects straight out of SCOTT, HR, OE, SH, or other standard teaching schemas. A table named emp and another named dept is a 99.9% give-away.

Just use your best judgement knowing that some mistakes will happen. Some posters get a bit angry. That is their right. But here we are all volunteers and we must all make judgement calls as to how much to post or not post in many different situations.

I appreciate you taking the time you have and I know other instructors will too. Thank you.
