oemapp.bat (sql worksheet) not installed with Oracle 10

Greetings.

I admit I must be paying for may laziness - I had an old Windows 2000 machine I had to install Oracle, so I got the install zip files and installed the base install.

When I was done, I did not see Oracle SQL Worksheet anywhere. I figured.. it must be hiding in the extra's cd maybe.. So I brought it up and installed the first option (not the second which is http server etc) which contained a wide variety of things that appeared like I would not need them but I thought "hey, worksheet has to be in there somewhere"...

Still no worksheet.

Can someone tell me what I need to install to get worksheet?
