not sure. when saving data containing scandinavian characters with excel as xml, and opening the resulted file with text editor, scandinavian characters were not "proper" characters.

so, what are my options? translate all scandinavian characters to ordinary characters (losing correct spelling) or do all this other way? what would the better way be?

still seeking help and guidance...
