error in writing to directory

Hi,



i've got a problem when i try to install oracle under windows server 2003.
when i launch oracle universal installer i've got a message : 'error in 
writing to directory c:\..... please ensure that this directory is writable 
and has atleast 32 MB of disk space.'


my disk has enough space and i'm under an administrator user. i've tried 
under the Administrator but it is the same problem.



Any idea ?
