Apart from indexes supporting a primary key constraint, there is not.

You would do best to avoid only 'porting' your MySQL application to Oracle.
It is not going to work, ever.

Generally speaking also: Oracle doesn't have undocumented commands. If it is not there it usually doesn't exist.
