Desupport notice for RBO was  posted on Metalink in May 2002, last
updated in Aug 2004.



It was *deprecated* and obsoleted in 7.1, so since 1994 it has not been
enhanced anymore, and all the CBO enhancements in 7.3 have never been
backported to RBO.
