In that case, why did you not make it clear. It sure as heck sounded to me that this is yet another case of buying a product as a solution. Installing it (without even reading the installation notes) and then expecting it to automagically just work solving problems.

Well, either the truck is broken, or the driver knows jack nothing. Which means replace either one of the two.. Or of course hijacking the truck's load, selling it and running to Rio.
