Realistically there is only one way to learn Oracle Financials. The first step of which is to decide which portion (yes portion) of the product you wish to learn. Is your interest functional (run it) or technical (manage it).

Then find a consulting firm that specializes in installation/configuration and intern with them for at least one year.
