Do you want a spool file? A physical file sitting on the hard disk? Or to scroll things on the screen from SQL*Plus? Or to scroll things on the screen from a PL/SQL procedure?

You are making this excrutiatingly difficult by bouncing back and forth like a ping-pong ball.
