What happened to 92010NT_Disk12.zip and 92010NT_Disk3.zip? You are supposed to download all three, unzip em into Disk1, Disk2 and Disk3 folders respectively in the same directory and then run Disk1\setup.exe. On Windows, Oracle uses it's own JRE for installation which comes bundled with the software.
