You are welcome.
I meant what I wrote. Rule of thumb for exports is,
"Always use lower version's exp tool out of the two versions involved. Always use target database version's imp tool."
Since you are going from 10g to 9i (Unless I read your OP incorrectly)... please reread my post keeping in mind the above rule.
