Part of not being prejudice is being willing to compliment or criticize ALL based on a single criterion. What we have developed now is sacred cows (no derisive meaning intended) that can't be held to the same standard as white males for fear of the appearance of some prejudice. I am in favor of all succeeding or failing based on a single standard and one that is as objective as possible. Let the chips fall where they may.
