These salaried positions are responsible for the functional or technical "hands-on" management and leadership of AST's Oracle Financials Applications (GL/AR/AP/CM/Etc) implementation projects. Consultants are required to manage and lead assigned implementation/upgrade projects and be responsible for client relations. The ideal candidates must have Oracle 11i E-Business Suite (Financials) Application experience and must have strong hands-on implementation experience as well as leading the implementation team. Additional responsibilities may be assisting in reviewing business leads and prospects with sales staff and assisting in proposal creation, presentations, staffing and project planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 4+ Years of Oracle Financials Applications implementation experience
• 2+ years Oracle Apps consulting industry experience
• Experience in leading/managing quick turn around full life cycle implementations
• Upgrade experience to 11i
• Two or more full life cycle 11i Financials implementation projects
• 6+ Years of IT experience
• At least five Oracle Applications projects
• "HANDS-ON" Implementation Project Management & Leadership experience
• Excellent verbal/written communications and people skills along with good presentation skills
• 4Year/BS degree

OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt) Apps
• Experience with Self Service & Workflow
• Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology
• Experience with papers presentation at conferences
• Proposal writing and presentation skills (samples may be required)
