If you get the correct results in SQLPLUS then there is no problem with
Oracle, and your issues are in the Java/JDBC driver domain.



I dont mean to point out the obvious, but you definately commit after
the insert and both procedures to do the 'full insert' and the 'insert
with nulls' are identical in every other way?
