Apparently you didn't pay attention during installation and you didn't read the getting started manual.
You can set up a starter database during installation (in fact you are prompted for it) and you can install several demo *schemas* (The Oracle equivalent of a sql server database is a *schema*)

2 You'll need to write a script.

BTW: Oracle <> Sqlserver. You won't get very far if you never read manuals.
