About OCP/OCA

I need help from any Oracle certified professionals out there to answer this simple question.

Just wondering what kinds of identification information would they put in OCA/OCP's certificate? I suppose the certificate is applicable all over the world so it should not contains country specific identification information (like social security no. of the US). Is it just beaing the holder's name? Would it contains country specific information (e.g. at least which prometric centre you took your examination)?
