hello,


what are the advantages of becoming an oracle partner if you're a small 
consulting shop?


Do you get free oracle training if you become oracle partner?
Novell provides this when you become silver or gold partner with them (I 
did that).  Citrix has nice perks for being partner.
Now what about oracle?


Would really appreciate sharing of wisdom/experiences with this.
