Oracle marketing if you want hyperbole.

If you are asking a serious question ... then the answer is that it depends on what it is you need to accomplish. What is the requirement for security? for through-put? for the ability to recover from various disasters?

Most of us choose Oracle because we'd rather spend the money on software than on payroll and attorneys.
