do you mean - directly use the data dictionary tables or somehow base the design i need on what is in there?

i am not that familiar with the data dictionary (will start looking at it though). meanwhile, if you can elaborate a bit on how to go about using the data dictionary tables to achieve what i need, i'd appreciate it.
