You can't because you have confused Oracle clusters with Microsoft
clusters. They have nothing to do with each other: Read the docs or
take a class. And you can't do active/passive clusters with Oracle.
Oracle clusters are always ACTIVE:ACTIVE though you may be referring
to DataGuard.
If you have questions feel free to ask them here or off-line but your question seems to incorporate a substantial veneer of confusion.
