I would challenge you to back up your statement with fact. There are numerous examples of the OCP having incorrect answers. There are numerous examples of people with OCP certs that have never seen the SQL> prompt. And literally countless examples of people with OCPs failing miserably when asked to do real work.
The ability to, on paper, answer True/False and multiple choice questions is irrelevant to the real world. Here's a simple test to underscore what I mean.
Take a working Oracle database. Drop a control file. Reboot the server at the operating system level. Take someone with an OCP (I don't mean years of experience AND an OCP but just an OCP) and put themin front of the machine and give them only the following instruction:
"fix it"
Oracle will desupport that version of Oracle before it is functional again.
Here's another ... give someone with an OCP a working stored procedure with a cursor loop and tell them to tune it.
The chances seeing "BULK COLLECT" in their result set is equal to the chance of seeing the complete works of William Shakespeare as the output of a cage full of chimpanzees.
The OCP without experience is worthless. Experience without an OCP hsa value. And in my part of the planet ... no employer asks about the OCP as HR departments and tech. managers know how worthless it is.
