Hello,



I am using UTL_SMTP package to send e-mails. I use TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,
'dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss') to set the date-time of e-mail.
When the e-mail is received, the "sent time" is not the one that is set, it
gets changed by few hours. Can anybody help he to solve this?
