Oracle Installer 2.1

I'm having problems creating a response file, I'm using this command
from command line box in Windows NT setup -record -destinationFile
c:\temp\ofa640client.rsp.  Install runs and I input the answers, it
doesn't matter whether I exit at summary page or continue and do the
install, when I check the directory no response file exists. Anyone
out there had this problem?
