I believe the answer is "no", based on perusing the docs and a little experimentation. But my experience is limited, because I would NEVER create a nested table within a database table anyway. What would be the point, apart from to make life difficult? Just create the weak entity as a separate table, and (if your application prefers this) use an object view to present the data as if it were a nested table.
