Register at Oracle Technology Network, otn.oracle.com, it is free. Go to documentation and look for your version of Oracle. Then locate Utilities Manual. It contains instructions on how to use Export, Import and SQL-Loader. If your dump was created using export you should be able to Import it. If the dump is not in the export/import format, you can't use import. But if you know what the format is you can use SQL-Loader to load the data.

Still, a lot to do in one day. You might want to hire a DBA to do this. I could be interested :D
