I don't think there is a European Oracle World this year.

Seems there's two Oracle World events each year - one in the US and one outside of the US. The one outside US seems to alternate between Asia and Europe? (I'm not quite sure about this - just seems that way from the dates on www.oracle.com/oracleworld/archive.html).

Paris was October 2003 - it's unlikely to be Paris again :-)
