I love the post to soc.culture.breton. I can see why Informix and Oracle users might also be skilled in DB2, or at least RDBMS - but Bretons? Is there something about the Celtic character that suits one to be a DBA? Shouldn't a job in Minneapolis be targeted at Scandinavians? Or do they tend to work more on the app side? I never thought that Asterix the Gaul or Obelix could be a data warehouse architect. Getafix? Perhaps.
