I suggest we all post complaints to the address listed above:

Since (s)he's asking for a fairly specific subject format (for filtering?) I think we need a subject like:

TA/L-UDB <not a dumb marketer> - <more than you ya clown>

and then the text of your complaint.

On the other hand, maybe a more sober subject

TA/L-UDB <techie> - <20>

will be more likely to be read; in the fine tradition of all spams.
