The Technet CDs have consistently taken 6 weeks to my western Canada location.

The Oracle Store CDs consistently take 4 business days to the same location from order confirmation, and Metalink update CDs consistently take 2 business days to the same location from iTAR/SR assignment.

There seems to be an inconsistency in the way the Technet orders are taken or handled. I've occasionally waited up to a week just for acknowledgement to my TechNet order. Received on Mon Jan 05 2004 - 23:20:15 CST
