Håkan,

The answer is yes, they can coexist on the same instance. However, if you wish for both Navigator and TOAD users to share a Team Coding repository, it must have been installed by Navigator. This is because TOAD can use a repository installed by Navigator, but Navigator cannot use a repository installed by TOAD.
