Hi,
No one is likely to give you the metalink code and rick losing their Oracle support ( and maybe being sued)  but you do not need it.
Go to
http://otn.oracle.com, register ( its free) and you can download the full range of Oracle software.It is a 'must' site for Oracle users ( especially new ones) - While there, read the docs about configuring your Networking stuff ( Listener, tnsnames.ora, etc).
