You need to talk to the payables department and see when was the last time they got an invoice from Oracle or the startup. Somewhere in the paperwork would be your CSI number, which is what you need to show you are supported. There probably isn't anything on the server that will give a clue.

I believe Oracle has a different sales group based on whether the license is under or over $10K. You might not worry so much about exposing your use to Oracle, I'm sure they would be happy to continue your license for a "small" fee. Although my experience lately has been they are too involved in reorganizing sales forces or whatever to send a bill, and if you have two licenses under $10K that add up to over $10K they don't know what to do. You'd think it be easy... I strongly recommend being supported.
