Come on Hans give the OP a break.

Go to the Oracle bin directory ... likely something like c:\oracle\ora92\bin

There you will see an executable named oradim.exe

At the DOS prompt type oradim and it will give you the syntax to drop the services.

Of course you could just edit the registry to accomplish the same thing but oradim is a whole lot safer.
