Daniel,
I agree. I think part of the challenge is all those partners that sell
software and "solutions" for these types of problems. I have dealt with
them and they have a lot of "white papers" on why you need to do x,y,and z.
Yet, if you get them on the phone they can't come up with a test case that
they can send you to prove you need their "cure".
