I have a 9.2 db that I'm testing on W2K box.  I'm trying to us RMAN 
throug OMS to backup a db in archive log mode.  The job gets submitted, 
but does nothing.  Then when I try to delete the job, it has a status of 
"deleting" for hours.  Nothing seems to be happening.  What could be wrong?
